SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship and up to 5-10 business days (domestic shipments) or 7-15 business days (international shipments) for your order to arrive. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Before placing your order, please make sure that all information such as shipping address, purchase items, and payment information is correct. Jinn Beauty LLC is not responsible for any shipment issues such as invalid shipping address, lost/damaged/stolen packages, including import/customs fees after the order has shipped.

We offer package insurance via ROUTE, available as an option during checkout. Route package protection will cover lost, stolen, and damaged packages. Without package insurance, you will need to contact your local USPS or international post if you have any concerns with your shipment.

RETURNS

All sales are final sale. In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective, please contact info@jinnbeauty.com as soon as possible. We will send replacements for damaged/missing products if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date. Customer must provide photos and videos of the issue, including proof of purchase.

Never received my item

It sucks that I paid for a lash adhesive and it says it got delivered but I never received it tried to put a claim with route said I couldn’t so I reached out and never got resolved never got a refund or anything sucks because I really did enjoy the brand but for that reason I will no longer purchase from here.

Hi Abi, I'm sorry you received defective tweezers. I'm so glad that we were able to get you a replacement right away! We kindly ask that you give us a chance to make it right before leaving a negative review. All tweezers are triple checked and tested before shipping them out. Unfortunately, the way that the package might be handled once leaving our facility is out of our control, but we always do our best to make sure our customers are happy which I hope we did the same for you in this situation.
